  • When is your Shop open?   We are open 5 days a week from 9.00am – 5.30pm.

 

  •   Can I collect my order? 
    • Yes if you order online and select Click and Collect we will contact you by email to let you know when it is ready to collect.  Our collection times are Monday – Friday 9.30 – 4.30

 

  •  Do you offer free samples to try your soap?
    • We get thousands of requests for free samples and as a small business this is not possible.  You can order guest soap sizes in all our scents and each order receives a free soap sample.  You can also sign up for our Newsletter to receive end of the month “Soaps Suds” which are odd soaps left from sending out samples.
  • Where are your products made?
    • All our products and packaging are made in the UK. We are proud that all our products have a low carbon footprint.
  •  How do I become a Stockist?
    • Please click here to take you to our Become a Stockist page. Here you will complete our trade form and once we have approved it we will contact you with your new Account login details.
  • Can we visit your HQ.
    • Our HQ is not open to the public unless by prior arrangement. Our team are always very busy making stock and preparing orders and for health and safety reasons we cannot have members of the public coming in to our workspace.

 

  • Can we bulk buy proucts for large events such a weddings or corporate events?

    We are always happy to discuss bulk orders. Please email us at sales@newforestbotanics.uk or telephone us on 01425 689613 so we can discuss what you have in mind. That way we can get an idea of time frame and send you a quote.

    Please note we are unable to offer personalised branding on some of our products.

  • Are your products suitable for vegans?

    All of our soy candles are made with 100% soy wax flakes and either pure essential oils or high grade perfume oils. We don’t test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free.

    We may occasionally stock other candles or homewares that use beeswax, honey or leather, but these will be clearly described.
